Picture Day...Gone Wrong!

Ms. Rinehart's Kindergarten students had their school picture taken recently. We read  a wonderful story about what would happen if picture day went wrong. The children then used their iPads to illustrate and narrate what could have gone wrong on their picture day.

Endless Alphabet

In FAC, Mr. William Gregory-Wilder writes that they have tried to incorporate the use of the IPad into different lesson, and transition times. They use the IPad to play group games using the existing system and a 30 pin/VGA adapter and sound cable connection. Students are able to take turns using the IPad while the other students can see what they are doing. They work as a class on sight words, math games, science, social studies, and etc. It has been a huge hit!  In the pictures, the students are learning to spell with the app Endless Alphabet!
